We have seen with our clients how overwhelming buying a new house can be, especially when anticipating the investment cost involved in the renovation before the purchase.

Therefor, we now offer our expertise knowledge so you are able to make a more grounded decision. We schedule a two hour visit to the property to discuss in depth how, and if your living wishes could fit within the house in question. Our head architect and co-founder, Judith Sorger-Peters, will make this visit with you. After the visit, with help of a set of basic plans provided by the owner or agency, we draw up a rough cost estimate for the renovation as discussed during our visit.
